Trish Murphy - Administrator
Having lived in Crowborough since 2009, Trish has embedded herself in the local community. She has worked in the financial sector and enjoys a sound knowledge of their impact on the property markets. This means that Trish is perfectly placed to advise clients during the decision-making process.
In her spare time she loves nothing better than spending time with her family and going running.
Lucy Lowe - Lettings Director
Lucy Lowe has over 15 years of experience in residential lettings and is a qualified member of ARLA Propertymark. With a deep understanding of the industry, Lucy is committed to delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, having fun, taking long walks, tending to her allotment, and staying active at the gym. She is also currently learning golf, always eager to take on new challenges and enjoy life.
David Court - Sales Manager
David is Sussex born and bred. For many years, he has worked in and managed a successful estate agency. David is fantastically client-focused and brings great experience and people qualities to his work here at Charles Century.
Much of his spare time he spends with his wife and daughters.
Sesame Sudds – Senior Negotiator
Having grown up in Crowborough, Sesame has a genuine connection to the town and a strong understanding of the local community. With a background in client relations, she brings a personable approach to estate agency, with a strong focus on delivering excellent service, clear communication and attention to detail throughout the property journey.
Outside of work, Sesame is an active member of Crowborough Athletic Women’s Football Team and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
Hailsham
Chris Weller - Director
Having built up a local estate agent in Crowborough over the last 10 years, Chris is the founder of Charles Century Estate Agents. His knowledge of the west Sussex property scene is second to none, as is his determination to provide the region with the very best property services. Chris’s passion is to get the best possible deals for his clients.
In his spare time he loves spending time with his family and enjoying anything sporty.
Ela Moreno – Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Ela has four years of experience in the property industry, having previously worked for an estate agency in Milton Keynes before returning to her hometown of Eastbourne, where she was born and raised. With a strong background in lettings, Ela enjoys helping landlords and tenants navigate the process from initial enquiry through to completion and beyond.
She is passionate about making the lettings process as smooth and stress-free as possible, while building strong, lasting relationships with those she works with. Outside of work, Ela enjoys spending quality time with her son and family.
